L’importance donnée au visuel dans la communication d’une marque, prend souvent le pas sur les mots. Or, ceux-ci ont un rôle aussi important dans la construction du lien à la marque. 
Des succès comme Innocent ou Apple le prouvent. 

Mon double regard marketing et éditorial m’amène depuis plusieurs années à travailler sur la stratégie éditoriale des marques. Construire la charte éditoriale d’une marque est un exercice très riche et passionnant, où l’on est amené à interroger la personnalité et les valeurs de la marque, définir sa posture par rapport à sa cible et creuser leur relation. Une charte éditoriale est, pour les équipes marketing et leurs agences, un outil aussi dense, précis et activable qu’une charte graphique. Elle définit le ton, l’intention, les mots, les expressions, le lien qui vont définir la voix de la marque.

When building a brand, we often focus on the visuals and overlook the importance of words, forgetting that words are key to creating an emotional link to consumers. Brands such as Innocent or Apple are there to prove it.
 
My dual sensitivity as a marketing consultant and writer has led me quite naturally, over the years, to work on editorial strategy. Building an editorial guide or strategy for a brand is a fascinating and enriching task, where one is brought to dig into the brand’s personality and values, define its posture towards its target consumer and reflect on their relationship.  An editorial charter is a dense, precise and actionable tool for  marketing teams and their agencies. It sets the tone, the words, the expressions and the link that define the voice of the brand.

Catherine intervient régulièrement pour des missions de conseil, conception et de rédaction de contenu en communication corporate. 

Catherine a récemment été missionnée pour prendre en charge l'écriture du contenu d'un évènement de communication interne pour EDF et rédiger une série de panneaux présentant l'intégralité de leur portefeuille de produits et services, ainsi que l'écriture de scénarios de romans-photos destinés à animer l'évènement. 

Elle a travaillé à la refonte du site du cabinet de conseil en stratégie Equancy.

Elle a pris part à la rédaction des rapports annuels en 2007 et 2008 d'Econocom, un des leaders européens du management des infrastructures IT. Elle a également travaillé l'expression et le contenu du Plan Stratégique à 5 ans de la société et la reformulation de ses valeurs d'entreprise.

Catherine works regularly as a consultant and a writer for corporate communication. 

She recently worked on an internal corporate event for EDF. She was in charge of presenting a full and synthetic view of their product and service portfolio and writing creative scripts for photo-stories. 

She worked on the relaunch of the Equancy website. 

She took part in the writing of 2007 and 2008 annual reports for Econocom, a leader in IT infrastructure management in Europe. She also delivered the wording and content of the company's Strategic Plan and worked on rewriting  the corporate values.

Catherine intervient en tant que consultante indépendante et rédactrice au sein des organisations, lors de conventions, conférences ou séminaires, pour prendre en charge la création du contenu éditorial de l’évènement. 

Elle s’applique à traduire les enjeux et la stratégie de l'entreprise en un discours clair, fort et convaincant. Elle accompagne les équipes, managers et dirigeants à structurer leurs messages et à rédiger leurs interventions, pour une prise de parole pertinente et dynamique.
